1. Legal Notice

The site Travel Sport Tech is published by the company TRAVEL SPORT TECH SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 100,000 Dirhams, headquartered at RUE 6 N°71 AV SAINT LOUIS HAY SAADA 2, 1er ETAGE FES, Morocco.

The company is registered with the Trade Register of Fez under number 89249 and has the Common Enterprise Identifier (ICE) 003924609000006.

Publication Directors : Mr. Saber SBIHI (President) and Mr. Mohammed SBIHI (General Director).

2. Purpose of the Company and Role as Agent

TRAVEL SPORT TECH acts exclusively as a transparent agent acting on behalf of third parties (clubs, federations, athletes, local service providers), in strict compliance with Art. 879 of the D.O.C.

As such, the company provides technical intermediation (via its B2B2C Marketplace platform) and centralizes reservations regarding:

• Transportation
• Accommodation
• Ticketing for sports events

The funds collected during transactions belong to third parties (the final service providers). Only the service commission collected during the intermediation constitutes the rightful revenue of TRAVEL SPORT TECH.

3. Booking and Payment Conditions

By using our services, the customer acknowledges that TRAVEL SPORT TECH acts as an intermediary. The final service contract (accommodation, stadium access, transportation) falls under the exclusive responsibility of the third-party provider.

Our platform integrates an automated payment flow management (Split Payment) ensuring secure transactions and automatically distributing the service amount to the partner, and the service commission to TRAVEL SPORT TECH.

4. Responsibilities

In its capacity as a technical agent, TRAVEL SPORT TECH does its utmost to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and the centralization of reservations. However, TRAVEL SPORT TECH cannot be held responsible for failures, delays, or cancellations attributable to the final service providers (hotels, event organizers, carriers, car rental agencies).

Any claim concerning the proper execution of the final service must be addressed directly to the provider concerned, although TRAVEL SPORT TECH commits to providing advice and assistance to facilitate these procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

The entire platform (design, architecture, text, images, and SaaS solutions development) is the exclusive property of TRAVEL SPORT TECH. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the company.

6. Duration and Modification of the T&C

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The new conditions will apply to any new booking made after they are posted online.
